Residencia Palmas is located in one of Mexico's most exclusive gated communities: Punta Mita Golf Club.

Palmas has a private beach just a 5-minute walk away.

If you wish to access the beach clubs Kupuri, Sufi, Pacífico, and Surf, Punta Mita has recently updated its policies. They now charge $50 USD per person for the entire stay. Payment for beach club access must be made no later than one week prior to arrival in order to process memberships.

You will also have access to the St. Regis hotel's Sea Breeze beach club, both golf courses, and all the facilities of the Punta Mita club (tennis, paddle tennis, gym, etc.), subject to the separate consumption policies of each.

Residencia Palmas has 24-hour security.

Cleaning is included Monday through Saturday (Sunday cleaning is optional and available for an additional fee).

Includes one golf cart for six people.
